All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
2. Digital Goods
WordlyPlay offers digital goods including, but not limited to:
- Gems — In-game virtual currency used for power-ups, hints, and other in-game enhancements
- Premium Features — Optional paid upgrades and subscriptions
All digital goods are delivered instantly upon successful payment.
3. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The purchased gems or items have not been used in any game
- A technical error prevented you from receiving your purchase
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge)
- The purchase was made without your authorization
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Gems or power-ups that have already been used or consumed in gameplay
- Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase date
- Dissatisfaction with game outcomes (e.g., losing a battle after using a power-up)
- Accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Your WordlyPlay username or email address
- The date of purchase
- The transaction/order ID (from your payment confirmation email)
- The reason for your refund request

5. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method
- Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days)
- Once a refund is issued, the corresponding gems or items will be removed from your account
6. Subscription Cancellations
If WordlyPlay offers subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in your WordlyPlay account being suspended pending investigation.
