1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WordlyPlay (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on WordlyPlay. If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Guests of any age may play without creating an account, but account-dependent features (battles, leaderboards, chat, gem earning) require registration.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If we learn that a user under 13 has created an account, we will promptly delete it. See our Children's Privacy section for details.
