Questions about the store

What can I buy with gems?

In a game: a hint (💎 1), a revealed letter (💎 2) or an extra row (💎 3). In the store: premium avatars, looks such as titles, frames and banners, victory effects, Streak Shields (💎 50) and room cards.

What is the difference between Packs and Gem Packs?

A Pack is bought once and gives items you can only get in that pack, plus gems. A Gem Pack gives gems only, and you can buy it as often as you like.

Do I have to buy anything to play?

No. Every item is optional, and the game stays free to play. Gems are also earned from daily rewards and wins.

Where can I see what I bought?

Log in, then tap History at the top of the store. Items you own can be worn from here or from your profile.
