Daily vs Weekly vs Seasonal Leaderboards: Which One Matters Most?

The leaderboard page has three tabs at the top: Daily, Weekly, and Season. Each shows a different time window of competition. But they're not equally important — if you care about gem rewards, there's one that matters far more than the others.

The Daily Leaderboard

Resets every 24 hours. Shows who performed best today across all game modes. It's the most volatile board — you might be #1 at noon and #15 by midnight as more players log their results.

Best for: Quick competitive snapshots. Satisfying to top temporarily. No direct gem payout (but the Daily Challenge itself has gem rewards for top finishers).

The Weekly Leaderboard

Resets every Monday at midnight. Aggregates your performance across the entire week. More stable than the daily board — a bad Tuesday can be offset by a great Wednesday.

Best for: Tracking your consistency over a meaningful time period. Also no direct gem payout, but it's a good predictor of your season performance.

The Seasonal Leaderboard (The One That Pays)

Resets on the first of each month. This is the leaderboard that matters for gem rewards. At the end of every season, the top 10 players receive massive gem payouts:

  • 🥇 1st: 1,000 gems
  • 🥈 2nd: 750 gems
  • 🥉 3rd: 500 gems
  • 4th-10th: 100-300 gems

Best for: This is the board to watch if you want financial rewards. Your positioning here directly translates to gems at the end of the month.

Which to Focus On

For casual players: check the daily board for fun, don't stress about it. For competitive players: the seasonal board is your North Star. Plan your play around monthly milestones, not daily spikes.

The weekly board is a useful middle ground: it tells you whether you're on track for a good season finish without the noise of daily fluctuations.
